Our Story
Flaneur Sensory Productions specialises in production support, location services, documentaries, and original screen projects.
Founded by Khalid Zoukkari and Dr Sharleen Estampador, the company brings together practical production experience and research-led creative development. Its work is guided by curiosity, cultural sensitivity, and a strong sense of place.
Founders
Khalid Zoukkari
Khalid is a Moroccan film professional based in Scotland, with experience across camera and production departments in the UK and Morocco and a licensed freelance cinematographer for the Centre Cinématographique Marocain (CCM). He has worked as a production assistant on the second season of The Agency, and on films such as the Gangsta, The Negotiator/Beirut, the Hannah series, Abdelhino and much more.
Sharleen Estampador
Sharleen is a Scotland-based researcher, writer, and educator whose work explores culture, identity, and social issues. draws on her academic background, connecting rigorous research with sensory storytelling; transforming complex subjects and lived experiences into accessible, emotionally resonant narratives.Sharleen also teaches at the University of Edinburgh.
